This is my recording of a resident participation meeting for a proposed development at 558 S. Fifth Ave in Ann Arbor. The meeting was held on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at 6:30 pm at Union Rec, 545 S. Main. The meeting was led by local architect Bradley Moore and developer GMH.

From the meeting notice

A 13-14 story residential project with a variety of residential units including studios, 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 bedroom units with approx. 92 on-site parking spaces is proposed on an assemblage of 8 contiguous lots including 558 S. Fifth Ave.
