Discussion of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan considered a memo (link) regarding Low-Rise Residential development. Planning Manager, Brett Lenart, prepared the memo in consultation with Council Member/Commissioner Lisa Disch in order to recommend “defining low-rise residential as up to three stories.” The Commission declined to vote on a proposed resolution consistent with the memo.
