This meeting was held in person at City Hall.

Commissioner Abrons was absent

DENIED: Site plan and special exception use for University of Michigan Credit Union at 2929 Plymouth Road. Proposal is to build a new 4,740 square foot building with three drive-through lanes and 22 parking spaces on a 1 acre site. Parcel is zoned O (Office). A Special Exception Use is requested for the three drive-through teller lanes. Staff recommended approval. Planning Commission voted 0-8, recommending denial. (Legistar)
