APPROVED: Rezoning and Site Plan for the “Owl Creek Phase 2” development at 3380 Nixon Road. The 27.65 acre property would be rezoned from R4A to R4D with the condition that building height is capped at 75 feet. The site plan is for a five story apartment building with 131 units, and includes requirement for an $81,875 parks contribution. (Legistar)
