This meeting included a presentation from Staff regarding proposals to be included in the Comprehensive Land Use Plan:

- Mixed use hubs at Briarwood/State/Eisenhower (Core), Plymouth Road (innovation), Washtenaw (retail)
- Mixed use transition districts on larger corridors, adjacent to hubs (4-7 stories)
Some of their discussion can be seen here:
APPROVED: Amendments to Chapter 55 Section 5.32.2 of the Unified Development Code (UDC) to eliminate the requirement for Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) approval of certain improvements to nonconforming structures. (Legistar)
- This item was postponed from the December 3, 2024 Planning meeting. https://a2council.com/ann-arbor-city-planning-commission-december-3-2024/

- These changes were discussed by the ZBA on July 24, 2024, which recommended approval. (Legistar)
- These changes were discussed at a working session of the Planning Commission on October 8, 2024. (Legistar)
