APPROVED: Updated FY2026-2031 Capital Improvements Plan (CIP), which will be used as a supporting document for the City’s Comprehensive Plan, and to support the FY2026 budget process. The CIP was approved with a vote of 6-2, with Commissioners Adams and Wyche opposed. (Legistar)
- During the meeting, concerns were raised by several Commissioners about the deprioritization of the Sunset Road sidewalk gap project, which has been met with opposition from local residents. Additional concerns were raised about delays to underpass projects at Fuller Road and Maiden Lane. A vote to postpone the CIP plan until the February 4th meeting to allow City staff time to reconsider those projects was defeated with a 4-4 vote, with Commissioners Adams, Roberts, Wyche and Council Member Disch in favor of postponement.

APPROVED: Annexation, rezoning, and site plan for four parcels at 255, 315, 371 Scio Church Road and 2180 Ann Arbor-Saline Road. The 6.3 acre property is currently in Pittsfield Township, and will be rezoned R4E (Multiple Family) for a townhome project by Robertson Brothers. (Legistar)
