APPROVED: A requested amendment to a special exception use, site plan and landscape modification for 850 Greenhills. They would like to maintain a nonconforming wetland use permit. These requests will allow the school to grow from 545 students to 750 students. A proposed site plan includes two additions with a total of 16,665 square feet and paving a fire access road around the building. (Legistar)

POSTPONED: Rezoning and site plan for a proposed Toll Brothers development at 3400 Dexter Road. The 4.31 acre parcel would be rezoned from TWP (Township) to R4B (Multiple-Family Dwelling District). The site plan is for seven three-story townhome buildings with 30 total units (one three-unit building, three four-unit buildings, and three five-unit buildings). Each unit will have two garage spaces and two driveway parking spaces. There are plans for 2.82 acres of open space, including some wetland areas. (Legistar)
