APPROVED: Site plan for 3750 Washtenaw Ave to build a four story hotel with 159 rooms. The existing Victory Inn Motel will be demolished. (Legistar)
- The staff report (link) indicates that no modifications are needed for the current C3 zoning. The new hotel will be a four-story building, covering 101,357 square feet, which is an increase from the existing three-story hotel with 83,274 square feet. The parking capacity will be reduced from 154 to 110 spaces.
- According to MLive, the new hotel will be a combined Staybridge Suites and Holiday Inn Express
