APPROVED: Special Exception Use for a child care center at 503 Miller Ave. An existing 3200 square foot building will be used by Apple Playschools to provide weekday care for up to 47 children, and employ up to 15 caregivers. No new construction is proposed. The property is currently zoned R2A. (Legistar)

POSTPONED: Site plan with landscape modifications for 416 Long Shore Drive to construct a 41,212 square foot, four story condominium with 15 units. (Legistar)

  • From the minutes: “Chair Lee noted due to a noticing error the proposed item will be postponed to the Tuesday, April 2, 2024 City Planning Commission meeting.”

APPROVED: PUD rezoning and site plan for the “5 Corners” development at 732 Packard Street. The developer Core Spaces is proposed to rezone 1.3 acres from twelve lots currently zoned CA1/R (Campus Business Residential) to PUD, allowing for the construction of a 15 story building with 376 apartments, and potential ground floor retail/restaurant space.
