  • According to the staff report (link), this updated site plan is for the “Veridian at County Farm South” development, redesigning 6 buildings to increase the number of units from 110 to 121.

APPROVED: Annexation and rezoning to PL (Public Land) of a 3.0 acre parcel at 3801 Stone School Road. (Legistar)

  • According to the staff report (link) this parcel is currently in Pittsfield Township, and the rezoning to PL is consistent with the adopted Land Use Plan. This parcel is owned by Ann Arbor Public Schools, and is adjacent to Bryant Elementary.
