Sep 1, 2026 | Planning

This meeting was held in person at City Hall.

Commissioner Norton was absent

APPROVED: Revised site plan for 3005 Packard Road, a cannabis dispensary at the northeast corner of Packard and Platt Roads. The building was originally a gas station and was converted to a dispensary in 2018. The plan moves the dumpster enclosure from the south side of the building, facing Packard Road, to the north side of the building, and adds a vehicle loading space. Four Class C bicycle parking spaces will replace the old dumpster enclosure. (Legistar)

  • According to the staff report, “The business owner desires to relocate the dumpster to the north side of the building to improve shared site circulation with the neighboring property and improve the overall aesthetic of the Packard Road frontage.”
