The property owner is proposing to modify the existing zoning to C3 to construct a four-story mixed-used building (with attendant parking) containing approximately 150 dwellings (in a mixture of studios, 1 & 2 bedroom units) mainly over first floor retail space.
Core Spaces is developing a 16-story tower with 206 units (704 beds) at 333 E William on the Ann Arbor Credit Union site.
