Cranbrook Village Resident Participation Meeting: April 4, 2024

Apr 4, 2024 | Public Meetings

This is my recording of a resident participation meeting held on April 4, 2024 at 6:00pm for a proposed development at 2525 Ann Arbor-Saline Road.

From the meeting announcement:

This 225 unit development located next to a Whole Foods market, is a five-story sustainable building featuring generously sized studio, one- and two-bedroom residences including a first-floor enclosed parking garage with two secure entrances, bike storage and EV charging stations. The access to walkable retail amenities at Cranbrook Village and Woodland Plaza, proximity to transit, and many major employers allows residents to live and work in Ann Arbor. Amenity spaces include a two-story club house, a rooftop terrace, and 20,000 square feet of second floor open courtyards housing a modern gym, business center, kitchen, grilling areas, pet wash, coffee and snack bar. The proposed project will require a re-zoning from O-Office to R4E-Residential.
