This is my recording of a resident participation meeting held on February 22, 2024 at 6:30pm for a proposed development by Robertson Homes near the intersection of Scio Church Road and South Main Street.

Robertson Homes is inviting you to a Zoom meeting to discuss a proposed townhome project of 75 homes on 6.33 acres. The purpose of the resident participation process is to inform existing neighbors of our proposal, and allow for discussions with you prior to our formal submittal to the City of Ann Arbor.
