This is my recording of a citizen participation meeting held on June 4, 2024 to review a proposed 19 story apartment building at 611-633 Church Street. The meeting was led by local architect J Bradley Moore and representatives from the developer Core Spaces, Schenk Realty, and DLR Group.

Core Spaces is developing a 16-story tower with 206 units (704 beds) at 333 E William on the Ann Arbor Credit Union site.

I send my newsletter out the weekend before every Council meeting so that you can see what’s on the agenda and have an opportunity to reach out to City Council with any concerns.
