This is my recording of a public engagement meeting held by the City of Ann Arbor on November 16, 2023 at 6:30 PM to discuss TC-1 (Transit Corridor District) rezoning of Washtenaw Ave. The meeting was held in person at Pittsfield Elementary School.

City Initiated Rezoning of Washtenaw Ave Area to TC-1 Transit Corridor District
Join Ann Arbor Planning Services for a meeting on the proposed rezoning of 63 parcels in the Washtenaw Ave area to the mixed-use TC1 district. TC1 is intended for areas next to transit. Share your views and get questions answered. Feedback will be considered during the rezoning process.
UPDATE: On June 4, 2024, the City Planning Commission approved TC-1 zoning of the Washtenaw Ave and East Stadium Boulevard area. This will go to City Council for final approval. https://a2council.com/ann-arbor-city-planning-commission-june-4-2024/
